Error: This registration step could not e completed

Got an error the other day froma client who said it came as she filled out financial info and was thus concerned.error message
Any ideas why this would be?

Hi,

You can check the logs for the error codes which will provide more details about the error.

Payment response logs are located in Event Espresso > Payment Methods > Logs, and general PHP error logs may be available on the web server.

Thing is I could not find an error or entry for the timestamp on the screenshot

May I ask did you check the PHP error logs?

Where would i find those?

It varies. You could contact your host to find out where those are accessed.

What you can do is activate WP_DEBUG mode but set it to not display errors and instead write to a log file. This way, if anyone else has the same issue there will be something logged that you can check.
