Hi Guys

Few minutes ago I received a support message by one of the attendees saying that she couldn’t register, so I decided to do a test my self and this is the error I received. https://www.dropbox.com/s/a4ky0tsa16ar9ks/payment%20error.jpg?dl=0

please help.

if I need to purchase a premium support token please let me know and if you need admin access to the site, please note that is a live site, although I have a test site if required.

Hi Guys I really need help to fix this issue and have the website up and running again at moment is not allowing anyone to purchase any tickets and keep giving the latest error.

if I need to purchase the premium support let me know.

Hello,

Turning off WP Super Cache won’t deactivate the caching on your site. Turn that plugin back on and then clear the cache. Then go to its settings and then turn the caching off and save changes.

That removes the caching constant from the wp-config.php file and should clear any cached files.

Could you reply with a link to the event page after you have made the changes above?

Hi Lorenzo,

I have done that last night and even now I removed the string on the wp-config manually, since it seems that somehow it wasn’t removed.

PS. I have purchased a support token
