We haven’t changed anything and Authorize said they haven’t either, but once you click submit after entering credit card information you get an error message Cannot connect to Authorize.net. Not sure where to turn to fix

in order to set you up as a user i need an email address and a phone number so it can send the authentication code – what would you like me to use? mine and then just sent you the code?
For the email address you can use support[at]eventespresso.com
For phone you would likely be best using yours and just send over the code.
