Hi Guys,

I have noticed an error appearing at the top of my invoice page.

It says:

“Notice: getimagesize(): Read error! in /home/coopersc/public_html/wp-content/plugins/event-espresso-core-reg/modules/gateways/Invoice/lib/Invoice.class.php on line 237”

How do I get rid of this?
Thanks in advance.

Hi,

Have you added a logo to the invoice via the invoice settings?

If so:

Is the logo file still on your server?

Does it have any transparent bits (alpha channel, usually in PNG’s and GIFs)?

Is the url to the image in the invoice settings correct (i.e. a valid URL with no whitespace before or after the url)?

Thanks. It’s a jpg and it’s uploaded to my wordpress media. I have put the image in the General Settings> Your Organization> Company Logo section. There’s no white spaces in the url. I can’t find an actual section called invoice settings. Am I missing something?

If you go to Event Espresso -> Payment Methods.

You will find an Invoice payment method there, within that you can also set the Invoice Logo image.

Is the logo not being displayed?

When you disable WP_Debug mentioned in this thread:

https://eventespresso.com/topic/undefined-variable-post_class-appearing-at-the-top-of-every-event/

That error should also be hidden.

Hi,

Payment Methods > Invoice tab for the invoice settings. You could try adding the image there to see if it makes any difference.

Can you go to http://www.yoursite.com/wp-admin/options.php (obviously change the yoursite.com to the correct url), and look for image_default_link_type.

In the box next to that it should say “file” (without quotes). If your’s is empty, type in the word file and scroll to the bottom and save.
