Your support license key is only valid for one domain at a time, and our licensing system has detected that you are using your license key on multiple domains. Please log in to your Event Espresso account to manage your Support License Keys, or if you have concerns, please Contact Us.

I am contacting you. The dev will not work properly without the license key and we are moving to testing functionality so your key systems seems to think we are running two websites with the license when we are in fact only running one site. We will probably get the same error when we go live. Any suggestions, without having to buy two additional license keys?
Also, need to get the support email changed to michaels@gabar.org because my director is not interested in passing the email onto me whenever I interact with support. Feel free to reach out to her at the registered email address for confirmation. thanks.

Hi there,

The sites will actually work properly without the license key. You’ll find that if you remove the key from one of the sites, both sites will function exactly as the same as they do without the key.

With regards to changing the email address, you can go to your account page, then click on the “Edit my account” link where you’ll be able to change the email address set there.
