When I go to this page in the registration http://ceyou.capalon.com/thank-you/ I click on “View Full Order Confirmation Receipt” and I get this error on the top of the page:

with the order confirmation below it.
If I click on Download PDF I get this error:

Unable to stream pdf: headers already sent
Any ideas?

This is likely due to your server having open disabled, more specifically allow_url_fopen is set to false on your server.
Can you contact your hosting provider and ask if fopen has been disabled on the server? If so they will need to enable it for your site in order for things to work as expected.
