My invoice is only producing a total for one participant despite registering multiple participant. Please find document with steps and print screens so you can see what I mean: http://pathwaysaustralia.com.au/wp-content/uploads/Registration-Steps.docx We have made some alterations to the standard invoice template to suit our requirements. Here is a document with its coding: http://pathwaysaustralia.com.au/wp-content/uploads/EE-coding.pdf |
Hi Ashley, Could you either upload that invoice template file somewhere and post the link or email it to support@eventespresso.com and include a reference to this thread please. Unfortunately we can not support customisations, however I can take a look an see if there is anything obvious. Have you compared to original invoice template with your modified one? You may need to remove each modification from the template individually to find what is causing this. |

The template I am using was suggested to me through this thread- https://eventespresso.com/topic/can-i-alter-the-invoice-on-ee4/ I have restored it back to this original template without my modifications and it still only producing a total for one participant. Could you advise where the error is in this template suggested to me. |

Can someone get back to me on this please? |

Hi, I reverted some changes I did a while back. It now shows the quantity etc. https://gist.github.com/Apina/5857667 |

Thanks Dean Unfortunately there is still an error- If I register one attendee the quantity on the invoice is 2. If I register 2 the quantity on the invoice is 4, 3 is 6 etc. The other issue I am having is with promo codes. If I use a promo code it isn’t reflected in the invoice at all and the amount is then wrong. Is there a solution for this? Thanks, |

Hi, Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. “Unfortunately there is still an error- If I register one attendee the quantity on the invoice is 2. If I register 2 the quantity on the invoice is 4, 3 is 6 etc.” Not seeing this issue. however I’ve updated the invoice. It’s a little different, subtotal has gone but it seems to be functioning for quantity and with promo codes. https://gist.github.com/Apina/5857667 I would also suggest to you to consider upgrading to EE4. The invoice and surcharge system is vastly superior. There is however no discount system, in place yet though we are working on that. |

Hi Dean I’m sorry but this is worse than before! It is now billing the invoice to the second attendee not the primary registrant. The quantity is still incorrect and saying 4 instead of 2 and because of that the price is incorrect and the total amount is completely incorrect – I don’t even see how it could be calculated. We cannot use this plugin until the information on the invoice is correct. I’ve spent 2 weeks trying to it right and now its costing us money. Originally I did use EE4 but there are far too many features that aren’t available (Such as our online payment gateway EWAY) and EE staff cannot give me an estimate of when they will be so for now I have to get EE3 working for us. Here is a link to our event you will clearly see the quantity issue – http://pathwaysaustralia.com.au/event-registration/?ee=1 The cost should be $299 + a 10% surcharge making the total $328.90. I have set up a discount code: admin Legally we need to have a subtotal including surcharges… So for one registrant using the discount code admin: For two registrants I really need to get this up and running. I ask that you try to register using the link to our event above so that you can see the errors for yourself. Please amend the errors on your end so I can use this plugin. I look forward to your response. |
