Error Occurred…No Records Found Mobile App Log In

I’m getting an error upon logging into the EE Mobile app. The first message is a little window that says “Error Occurred The requested resource could not be found but may be available again in the future. Subsequent requests by the client are permissible.” Once I acknowledge the error message, there’s a permanent message on the screen that says “No records found”, when there very much should be an EE record to display. I’ve tried on two separate iOS devices, running the latest version of the app, and using both the Applications Password auth and regular auth methods to log in (using three different accounts). I checked the user role permissions – all okay there.

Not sure what else it could be, but happy to provide a username/PW for testing.

Hi there,

Usually the “The requested resource could not be found” error is the result of a plugin conflict. This other topic for example:
