From one of my registrants…”Every time I try to submit my form, I get an error that it’s not associated with a registration. I have tried this from both chrome and internet explorer”. I have had a couple people tell me this. And I’ve had to manually register them. Can you give me any insight to this issue. We are using ee3, site is theusatour4u.com
I checked your site and it’s reporting Event Espresso version 4.6.20, which is not Event Espresso 3. Can you try updating to the latest version and see if that fixes the issue for you?
You guys are quick with your response time. Sorry about the version, I have too many versions to keep track of. I have updated and we will see what happens. I’ll keep you posted.
