Hi,
I have this error message on all events:
Warning: Creating default object from empty value in /home/gsdiving/public_html/wp/wp-content/uploads/espresso/templates/registration_page.php on line 77
And confirmation emails have now stopped being activated to tell us when people book.
It occurred after an upgrade of server and PHP Version 5.4.28 Server Software Apache/2.4.9 (Unix) OpenSSL/1.0.1e-fips mod_jk/1.2.37 mod_bwlimited/1.4

I am running Event Espresso version 3.1.36.5.P / WordPress version WP 3.9.1
Kindly advise of any possible solutions or settings I should be activating.

I can see you have registration_page & registration_page_display within wp-content/uploads/espresso/templates/ have you modified these files?
If you rename wp-content/uploads/espresso/templates/ to templates-temp (anything other than ‘templates’ and reload that page, does the error remain?
