Those images are both the same but that error is basically telling you there is an issue with your Merchant account and you need to contact them to work through it.
I assume you have an account directly with Auth.net? If so contact them over your account and give them the above screenshot, they should be able to fix/provide more details on this.
Side note – Auth.net AIM is an ONsite payment method which means your PCI compliance requirements are greatly increased, I’d recommend using an offsite payment method, if looking to stick with Auth.net you could us Accept:
