Error Message & Unable to Check In Attendees Using EE4 App

Hi There,

I’m having some trouble checking users into an event using the EE4 mobile app on Android. I have logged into an administrator account of my website in the app, and I’ve made sure that the account has all ee capabilities enabled. I then set the event time to be “Now” to a time on the following day, to make sure that it wasn’t just denying the check-in because the event hadn’t started yet. Nonetheless, I received this error message</img> and wasn’t able to get around it. Any help on solving this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Hadley,

It turns out the error you saw is caused by an authentication issue. Is the server running FCGI? If so, the authentication headers aren’t received. You can work around this issue by following the steps in this other thread:
