Hi there,

We are testing the latest version of EE4 on our staging site on WP Engine.

When we upgraded this, and all other plugins, themes and WP core, we had trouble completing a test registration.

We get this message, telling us to refresh the page: https://cloudup.com/ch3srzPBtgx

When we refresh the page, and try again, we just keep getting the same error.

We logged out, and logged in again with another account. We got the same message.

Can you help?

We tried the “Webmaster Only” ticket on this event, which is $0.01

We are not sure if this is happening only because it’s on the staging site (as we’ve had a recent, unrelated issue on our staging environment we could not replicate on our live site recently).

We are too afraid to try the update on our live site without being sure it works on our staging site first through. We are at high peak volume right now with membership and event registrations coming up for our end-of-month AGM and member renewal time of year.
