When trying to view events and most other menu items, I receive this message:
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 3072 bytes) in /home/snecyouth/public_html/wp-admin/includes/template.php on line 1286

I’m not the developer but I am just an employee trying to set up registrations for our upcoming events. I was given the task of studying Event Espresso and giving it a few trails before setting up events and launching our new website.

Please help! Our deadline is near.

You could contact your host and ask them to bump up the amount of memory available for WordPress to use. 64MB is quite low for running WordPress and Event Espresso. Or, if you’re able to edit the wp-config.php file, you can follow this guide:

You can increase the amount of memory available for WordPress by following this guide:

http://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP

You can use an [FTP client][1] and [a text editor][2] to edit the site’s wp-config.php file:

[2]: http://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_Files#Acceptable_External_Editors
