In the Plug Ins WP Dashboard, I get this error message:

“Automatic updates cannot be setup for an EE addon because of an error in the file. Please contact support, and include a list of EE addons recently installed/updated.”

Hi,

Not sure what’s going on there, but I think it is likely to do with the Permissions add on as that is the only one out of date.

I think it would be worthwhile downloading the latest version from your account page, removing the plugin from your site and uploading the zip file of the latest version (via Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin).

This will bring the addon plugin up to date and should resolve the issue.

Thank you. Done. In the interim another error message popped up:

“You have the correct Support License Key for Event Espresso but your account only allows for automatic upgrades on one domain. Please log in to your Event Espresso account to manage your Support License Keys or purchase a support license right now.”

I believe I have a support license. I’m on Event Espresso plug in Version 3.1.37.0.P, and I cannot auto update, which I am guessing is related to the error message. I only run Event Espresso on one domain.

Hi,

How are you today?

I’ve reset your license key. Please remove your license key from the General Settings page of Event Espresso and save the form blank without a license key. Then re-enter your license key again which should enable the new domain and/or one-click upgrades.

Sorry for the trouble.
