Error Message For 1 Particular Ticket

Hi, I’ve created a site specially for offline purchase “payment method by cheque”. The site consists of 2 events and a total of 5 ticket variations.

Everything was working fine for the past month until suddenly one of the ticket shows the message “This registration step could not be completed. Please refresh.” during the finalize registration stage. I’ve tried creating a duplicate of that ticket and it will still show the same error. Backend wise, it captures all the details but does not generate a registration number either. Please advice.

The ticket is the “Gold Ticket”.

Hi Rui,

The change that’s affected your site was the auto update to WP 4.0.4. You’ll need to update to the current version of Event Espresso 4 in order to avoid the error.
