Hi. When using the envelope icon the send a registrant email we are getting the following error message:

This is only happening sometimes when trying to resend messages using the envelop icon.

Any idea on what is wrong?

Hi there,

It means something is adding an array to the request where it is unexpected.

One troubleshooting step that will help narrow down what’s causing the error is to is use the WordPress Health Check plugin to rule out a plugin conflict. Here’s how to do that:

You install the Health Check plugin, then go to WP → Dashboard → Heath Check → Troubleshooting. There you’ll Enable Troubleshooting Mode, then once that’s activated you’ll reactivate Event Espresso only via the Health Check’s Troubleshooting item in the WP admin bar (not the plugins menu).

At that point, can you check to see if the issue persists?
