When registrants return to the site to re-register or purchase a ticket they get the following message:
An error has occurred:
You have entered an email address that matches an existing user account in our system. If this is your email address, please log in before continuing your registration. Otherwise, register with a different email address.
They cannot login, when prompted to, as they get a dimmed screen afterwards with nowhere to go.
Can you help with this issue ASAP as we are losing registrants for a couple of soon upcoming events?
I just need a setting that users can pay without having to login. Is that possible?
