The website was working well up until now, and the PayPal transactions were going through smoothly, but suddenly at the last stage of payment we encountered the following error, and no one could purchase anything from the website. Would you please look into it? I haven’t changed anything before getting the error message.
Fatal error: Class ‘EE_Processor_Base’ not found in /home/iborgau/public_html/wp-content/plugins/event-espresso-core-reg/core/EE_Payment_Processor.core.php on line 16

Hello,
I’ve done some testing with PayPal Express with the current release and I could not duplicate this issue.
Could you share a link to an event on your site where this is happening?

I was able to reproduce the issue and I’ve created a report so we can get this corrected.
We’ll update this support post once we have more information.

The fatal error you saw:
Fatal Error: Class ‘EE_Processor_Base’ not found in /wp-content/plugins/event-espresso-core-reg/core/EE_Payment_Processor.core.php on line 16
is something that could happen with 4.9.35.p.
Event Espresso 4.9.36.p is released and includes a fix for that error.
