We have an event prepared for the end of next month, October 28 and 29, and as you can see on the screenshot the start and end dates of the event are correct.
The problem is that if we go to the mobile application and try to scan any of the records already made, it allows us, as if we were on the same day of the event, and records appear in the field as checked, that is, it does not have consideration neither the start date nor the start time of the event. It allows us to check in today when the event does not start until October 28 at 12 noon

The app does allow you to check attendees in at any time. What you’ll need to do in this case is be sure to select the correct datetime within the event if there is more than one datetime for the event. The documentation has some information about how to select the datetime within the event.
