I’m having an issue similar to the one listed in this support post. I’m getting the following message when attempting to connect to QuickBooks (OAuth 2.0, new connection):
There was an Error while trying to request a request_token, please try again
Oddly, I’m getting the following when on the QuickBooks screen through Event Espresso, where I’m both connected and disconnected at the same time.
Unsure if this means I’m connected or not… when I attempt to test the app with a test event the credit card fields will briefly appear before disappearing, so unsure if this is an issue with the connection or perhaps the theme I’m temporarily using while designing my site.
I’ll hopefully figure out if this is user error or something on QuickBooks’ end.

It seems to be something wrong in your authentication part between QuickBooks and Event Espresso. Please, can you double-check step by step if you followed the steps stated here: QuickBooks Payment Gateway
