For the most part the plugin is functioning well. We are continuing testing and came across a strange error. In step 1 of the registration checkout a required radio field was not selected, so an alert was displayed when clicking the Proceed button. All well and good. The required radio button was selected, but now when clicking Proceed we got the message:
“An error has occurred: The selected method of payment could not be determined. Please ensure that you have selected one before proceeding. …”
Of course this makes no sense because we weren’t at the stage to select the payment method. The registration was furthermore stored without any of the name or address fields.
Have you seen this before? Any idea what could have happened?
If you are able to reproduce the issue with all plugins running, then try temporarily deactivating other plugins to rule out a conflict with another plugin. Then re-test.
If it does not happen, then restore a few plugins at a time and then re-test. Continue the steps above until you locate the source of the conflict.
