When tried to register with EE4 and submitting the registration information where the quantity registered is more than 1 this issue occurs. This is very frustrating as money is being lost and competition is stiff. “An error has occurred: Your form data could not be applied to any valid registrations.” EE4.9.8 I have sent the error log from the server cpanel via WeTransfer and Dropbox. Thank you. I look forward to fixing this issue promptly. |
Hi there, The error log doesn’t show any errors from Event Espresso, it shows an issue that your host should fix to prevent the warning from being thrown but nothing else. Can you link me to an Event I can use to test a registration, please? |

Hi Sheldon, The reason that you’re seeing the error where the registration form data gets wiped out is because of the NextGen Gallery plugin doing a DELETE query on the options table every fifteen minutes. The NextGen Gallery developers have been made aware of this, but I’m not sure they are convinced it’s a problem. Here’s how to fix: https://eventespresso.com/wiki/known-third-party-plugin-theme-conflicts/#ngg_delete_transients |

Hi Josh. Thanks. Download link Just to confirm here is the enhanced error log. Please delete this link after downloaded. Also, I am using only one user groupon to register and transaction error happens before reaching thr Moneris hosted pay page. Can you tell me if any related errors show for either the initial form problem or direction to thr Moneris Hosted pay payment plugin.

Hi there, It seems that you do not understand, so I’ll try to explain further. When the NextGen Gallery plugin runs its cron every 15 minutes (you do have the NextGen Gallery plugin activated, correct?) the cron deletes any transients that are used by Event Espresso as “keys” for registration data in the database. You will need to add the following to your wp-config.php file to prevent those deletions:
As Tony mentioned earlier, the error log doesn’t show any errors from Event Espresso. It does show some issuee that your host should fix to prevent the warnings from being thrown but nothing else. Here are two links you can share with your host: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/10565521/error-in-php5-unable-to-load-dynamic-library |

Here are the steps to test: To answer Josh: Yes, NextGen Gallery plugin is active. Thanks. |
Why are you giving us steps to test? I’ve given you specific instructions on how to fix this. |

I understand that NextGen is solution. Thank you for that. However, I asked another question I want to fix the complete process. As such, I provided the steps to reach the payment processor Moneris. A dummy card and be put it in and it should decline and go back to Event Espresso. Again, I am looking to fix the issue end to end. Meanwhile, I am sending the links to my host. I worked with them to get the logs that I sent you early this morning and will connect with them. As I am using FastCGI is dynamic library component still to run or do I need to get them to enable DSO? Thanks for your understanding and time. |
Hi Sheldon, Event Espresso did not build a Moneris gateway integration so we cannot support it. You’ll need to work with the developer of the Moneris gateway to get any issues fixed. |
