We had a similar issue before and I was instructed that is might be a caching issue. We have not made any cache setting changes yet this error started happening shortly after we applied the new EE update. We are being overwhelmed with our customer calls not being able to register. Please advise.
It appears you site has the W3 Total Cache plugin activated. I can recommend using the WP Super Cache plugin instead.
When you get a phone call from someone that had trouble with registration, one thing you can ask them is if they had the registration form page open for more than one hour. If they did, then I can show you how to lengthen the registration time limit from 1 hour to 2 hours or longer if need be.
May I ask exactly how did you turn off all caching? By deactivating the caching plugin? If so, that does not turn off the caching because the caching rules are set in the site’s .htaccess file. Can you reactivate the caching plugin, then go to its settings pages and deactivate the various caching options there?
