Greetings all!
New to Event Espresso – Having trouble – with one item. All working but cannot get past this Error after a full day of troubleshooting.

But it is provided! We have tested several times. with First Names etc. <<<

I use AVADA WP Theme on the Environmental Foundation websites I we create- and needing a quality great Event App. Espresso looks great – just need to get it working. Client purchased and provided me the zip.

Hi there,
I just ran a quick test on the above event, after adding my details it worked fine.
Your screenshot shows an error with no detail entered into the registration form – http://take.ms/3dLp4
Is that just an example and with details entered it works fine?
One issue on the site is there is a JS error being thrown – http://take.ms/HUjLO
You’re likely getting that error because your using an older version of Avada (3.7.3 to be exact), updating to the latest version of the theme should fix that error.
