Good afternoon,
We are trying to create a new question for the registration form, we add Add new question, fill in and when we give to save, we get the following error:
An EE_Error exception was thrown! code: EEM_Base – _create_objects – 5182

The same thing happens if we try to create a new group of questions, when we save it gives us the same error.
The rest of the questions and groups continue to work in the forms, but we can not create new questions or groups.
Do you know what may be happening?

Hi there,
Just to confirm, are you sure you haven’t added the error message shown when attempting to add a group rather than an individual question?
The error message references question groups and shows the rows from the Guestion Group table so I’m guessing its from a group, but just double checking to make sure something else isn’t going a little haywire here.
Can you post the exact values you are using when creating the group/question that fails, please?
Looking at your site your on 4.9.67.p, released August 21, 2018 so over 5 months old now, is there something preventing your from updating Event Espresso?

Good Morning,
The error occurs when saving the question or group of questions, but I see that in the database it is created but with the value id=0 so I have reviewed the tables wp_esp_question, wp_esp_question, wp_esp_question_group_question, and wp_esp_question_option and I have seen that the structure It was modified and the autoincrementals were not set. I modified the tables but when I put the incremental in wp_esp_question_group_question I gave an error 1062 alter table causes auto_increment resequencing resulting in duplicate entry 19 for key primary, I suppose that by some data incorporated after the change in the tables.
I have installed in a clean wp an ee4 to generate the tables in the database, I have exported only data without structure of the current EE and I have imported it to the clean event … to export again with structure and data, and … . It has worked! It took me less than to check where the error was.
I suppose that everything is due to some error when the previous migration of the database was made, when we lost the data of assistants in December.
As for updating the EE is planned, but right now we are in a season that we overlap the events and I prefer to do it when there is none planned, and can make a clean new installation and thus not find more errors in the tables of the database.
