Recently upgraded to EE5 1. Registration getting an error that “Your form data could not be applied to any valid registrations”. The form doesn’t submit but the registration comes through. 2. When editing events (created before upgrade) cannot see things like tickets, edit the page or payment methods applied 3. Mailchimp integration says a critical error has occurred Any ideas? https://nobleroad.org/events/2024-indian-suhba/ Screenshots https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1urq6IglYOESscnmTlixYsM4_ICOuW67R?usp=sharing |

Sorry, for the multiple threads, not sure why that happened. I can’t delete them… By EE5, I meant version: Version 5.0.28.p |

Hi there, If the MailChimp add-on is throwing a fatal error in the admin, it may also be throwing a fatal on the registration request which then causes the above error. If you deactivate the MailChimp Add-on plugin, do registrations then work? Do you have access to the PHP error logs? If so if you check in there for a ‘fatal error’ logged and post that here I’ll dig into this further. |

Thank you, Tony. That seems to fix it for now! When I had debugging on, this is the error I saw: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1OCAITWADng_nHtr40mZjSJUlvzUm3fsc/view?usp=drive_link |

So, thats from backwpup loading a dependency that the MailChimp add-on also uses but they are loading an older version. In shot you can’t have our MailChimp add-on and BackWpUp active on the site at the same time, if you want to use the MailChimp add-on you’ll need to disable BackWPUp. |
