This is the error message – the reservation fails and can be found in the incomplete listing. Seems it does not attach the contact information of the primary registrant.

The reply I made then still applies to older versions of EE4. If you update to the current version of EE4 that issue is fixed.

Updating to the latest EE4 did not solve the problem.
We no longer receive the error message but the registrations still goes to incomplete, with no primary registrant attached.

How many registrations are you adding in a single step?
I assume front end registrations all work fine?
Do all of your events require login on the front end? If not can you link me to one that does not?
Any custom code hooking into to add details to EE from the user’s WP profile?
