Hi Scott,
The install for the plugin may be incomplete since its mentioning this:
No such file or directory
Could you try removing the folder for the add-on here:
/wp-content/plugins/espresso-members
Then download a fresh copy which will be saved to your computer as a zip file. From here, try uploading and activating again through the WP plugins screen in your WP dashboard.
