Error when editing products and pages

I am getting the following error when I try and edit products and pages and other thing after I enable Event Espresso. I have tried reinstalling the plugin.

“There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.”

I have setup a temp admin account on our WordPress for you to use.

Hi Chris,

Can you activate WP_DEBUG logging in order to capture the exact error message?

FYI, the credentials you sent in for file access (FTP) did not allow me to connect to the server. If you can activate logging that will be sufficient for troubleshooting.

Did you also activate debug logging?
e.g.
define( 'WP_DEBUG_LOG', true );

Looks like I got it fixed. I needed to add a php.ini and allocate memory.

Thanks for the update.

I’m guessing the site was running on the default 40MB?

Either way, I’m glad you found the solution.

It’s a business hosting plan and I don’t remember the default before we added the php.ini. Thanks again for your time.
