Error 471 & 97when trying to register and they click to go to payment method

How can I fix these errors? no one can register for my class and its making me loose money. When they enter all the information everything goes thru until they click to go to payment method which is paypal and then this red box with these errors in them pops up

Hi there,

I can advise to reinstall Event Espresso 4. It sounds like it may be missing some files since you’re getting an “Unknown_function_from_exception” error.
