Enable customers to select date

Hi

I have added the events with multiple dates on the events page.
On the fornt end event page, customer can see the event dates and use the “Add to ical Calender” feature.
Is there any feature available, using which customer can select specific date of an event on event page from the available dates, and that date should be displayed while checkout without using any add-on.

Hi Mandar, I think you are asking about a workflow like this:

select a date –> then view available tickets for this date –> complete checkout

Currently, a registrant would be to pick a ticket option so you could create a ticket option for a particular date.

If you have many dates for an event (e.g. the event is recurring), then it would be better to split the event up show as one event with dates for October and another event with dates for November.

No. I am asking about a workflow like this:

Display available dates -> Customer would select a date from those available dates -> Register/Pay for that particular date

Hi

Right now, it is fetching all the dates of an event after registration. We just want a single date to be captured, which can be selected by the customer from that multiple dates.

Hi Mandar, that workflow isn’t currently available.

Tickets are linked to a datetime. When a registrant/attendee registers, then they are registering for a ticket that has access to one or more datetimes.
