A very strange thing happened yesterday. We received a completely blank registration. Our required questions and even name, email, etc (theese should be system required I guess) fields are blank. See ID 1744 on the picture:
Can you send a screenshot of your whole screen when looking at that registrant? I’m thinking this was an abandoned transaction where someone went to the registration process, but did not complete it.
Hi, could you go to an event registration page and trying submitting a registration as is without entering attendee information?
That is, select a ticket option and try to register without entering a name and an email.
Validation should prevent the registration from going through and you should see a warning that these fields are empty.
