I’m super confused about this. I’ve been looking at your online support forums and seems like they’re all different answers.
As soon as someone registers for an event, I want the confirmation email whether it’s pending for payment or to confirm that the registration is 100% complete, to show selected (or show all if that’s easier) custom questions and answers in the email.
There’s information in the message editor about how to use the shortcodes for questions and answers. You click on the Help tab and you can read through the information about how to edit the email templates and how to use the email shortcodes.
