This is the message I’m getting and Postmark is not showing any errors.
An error has occurred:
The messages were not generated. This could mean there is already a batch being generated on a separate request, or because the selected messages are not ready for generation. Please wait a minute or two and try again.
Did anything on the site change on or around the 1/10?
The error above means EE can’t generate the message, its before the email gets sent over to the mail server (in this case Postmark) so they don’t even see it at that point.
How many emails do you have in the queue for generation?
The messages system shouldn’t just stop generating messages, so I’m wondering if something is hijacking the request and causing the error, even adding a ‘simple’ plugin can cause issues if it’s doing something unexpected.
I’m getting emails from my Contact Us form
That’s good, but they don’t use the EE messaging system so is expected, it does mean that your mail server is a-ok, although again expected as your using Postmark (so less likely to have issues than your hosts mail server).
