I’m having a massive problem with emails being sent. Test emails to myself work fine. Registration/Ticket Notice/etc. never work. I have 2232 messages marked as failed sending, can be retried.
What happens when a message is queued for sending? Do I need to do something next? SendinBlue has been working fine, but messages don’t ever get that far.
Nothing in the queue system makes it out of there. I can send a batch message to a selected amount of registrations, and that works. But no “generate and send now” messages work.
An error has occurred:
No message was sent because of problems with sending. Either all the messages you selected were not a sendable message, they were ALREADY sent on a different scheduled task, or there was an error. If there was an error, you can look at the messages in the message activity list table for any error messages.
It sounds like maybe wp-cron is disabled on your site. You could try going to Event Espresso > Messages > Message Settings and change the setting there to send messages on the same request.
