How do I set up the emails to automatically go out to registered people for events…not the payment of confirmation, but reminder email the day before an event and a thank you after the event. Thanks
Scheduled emails are not currently possible in either EE3 or EE4. It is something we are considering for EE4 though, so it may appear in future versions.
Update: The Automated Upcoming Event Notification add-on is now available for Event Espresso 4 and it allows for sending reminder emails the event. It doesn’t currently support sending emails after the event though.
