I would like our website to email a copy of the receipt after a client has paid us. Currently, we have an HTML message that shows the invoice and receipt that pops up after a client has paid. Too many people ignore this and call to ask for a receipt later. How could this be done?
We currently do not support attaching the PDFs directly within the emails, however you can edit the message templates to include a link to the HTML version of the invoice and the user can then download the invoice from there.
