We’re having an issues where I update the event and it will send everyone that registered for the event an email on their registration again. It’s not sending it to everyone just a sample. How do I turn that off?
That’s not a feature we’ve added to Event Espresso so it’s not something to turn off.
If you go to Event Espresso -> Messages -> Message activity.
Can you see a batch of messages queued for sending in the list (blue status bar) and if so are those queued messages the ones that keep sending?
