Venue contact. Yes they can but you need to add their email to the eevnt. In the Event Options box there is a field “Alternate Email Address (optional)” if you add the admin email and the venue contact email, comma separated, then they will both get notifications of registrants.
Emails can be edited at several levels. In the General Settings you can edit them on a site wide level. You can use the Email Manager to create email templates that can be added to events. Or in the events themselves you can add a custom email just for that event.
