Email Templates and Notifications

I need some help regarding email notifications. We NEVER get them. At all. I am not sure what is wrong in my template. I have tried many combinations.
Also, if an event is free, which email will the admin receive?

Hi Susan,

Which version of Event Espresso are you using?

Does the registrant receive an email, so its only the admin email that is not sending? Or both?
