Hi, I get the following error message, but the support license key is only active on one domain, which is also stated in my account dashboard. What to do? Your support license key is only valid for one domain at a time, and our licensing system has detected that you are using your license key on multiple domains. Please log in to your Event Espresso account to manage your Support License Keys, or if you have concerns, please Contact Us. Hi there, I checked and it looks like all that was needed was a key reset. You can dismiss the error and the key will now allow for 1-click updates. Please let us know if you run into any further trouble with that. |
Hi Josh, license key is now still the same but I cannot mail. I had dismissed the error message. Do I need to change the license key? I don’t have that option, thanks |
Hi there, You do not need to and should not change the license key. Can you explain a bit more about what you mean by you cannot mail? The license key does one thing: It checks to see whether your site has access to 1-click updates. It doesn’t have control over whether you site can send email or not. |

Hi also the Ideal payment form shows now that the form is expired. I called them, they said it has to do with a redirect url. But yesterday it worked. And the redirect webhook is automatic with your plugin. I believe both these issues are related. |
Oh i see the emails are now working, but the ideal form show the expired error still, do you know what to do? |
Hi there, Can you make sure the webhook fields are empty in the Website Profile account page? More information here: https://eventespresso.com/wiki/ideal-mollie-payment-gateway/#locate |
Hi in the current mollie settings there is no longer a possibility to blank out webhooks, it only gives the api keys |
I alo created a new profile, still the same, any suggestions? |
Josh, it is the same arror as the thred on Mollie payment Posted: September 1, 2017 at 4:18 am |
May I ask what exactly did you change, exactly? |
Sure |
In the mollie settings there are so much delays today, and yesterday the form worked, i don’t know if it’s related, they said no. but i am getting serious doubts here. |
Do you have a backup of the site from yesterday that you can restore to? |
Well, that’s also a i ran a backup of the site in between, you suppose i should go further back in time? |
I went back at correct time when it worked, but the problem persists, hmm |
Hi also on my test site (www.mountainrun.nl) when i activate the ideal mollie plugin, i get the same error message. This site goes further back in time. |
Issue is resolved now by commenting out $payment->set_redirect_args( $redirect_args ); |
That particular line of code is removed in the next version of the mollie gateway. |
