When I register various registrants only the Primary Registrant name appears for all the registrants in my email when I put the shortcode [ATTENDEE_LIST] in my custom template.
Please Advice

Hi there,
Looking at your event it looks like you are using custom questions for the additional attendee details, you need to collect the questions within the personal information question group (at least First Name and Email) for additional registrations to work as you are expecting.
The ‘participante’ group you are using custom questions to collect the attendee names (EE does not ‘know’ this), if the system question First Name and Email are not collected for additional registrations then EE will use the details provided by the Primary Registrant.
