Email Shortcodes in EE4

Hi,

We want to have certain details in the emails in a certain order but the shortcode system only allows certain shortcodes in certain ‘boxes’ when building the custom templates. Is there anyway to change this? For example we want the event start end time after the event name but those shortcodes can’t go in the same box together?

Hi Jonathan,

Can you post a screenshot or something of how you have your current message configured?

As a guess about what you’re going for, the [DATETIME_LIST] is available for the event_list field.
