Email Print Ticket Link not Directing Properly

Hi I tried searching the forums but couldn’t find an answer to my specific issue. I’m not sure if it’s not working because it’s a test email or not. Is there a way to test this other than making a purchase?

Hi Jaclyn,

The test emails and previews are to show you a visual of how your templates will look, the links within test emails and previews will not work as they use dummy data to build out the templates.

To test you will need to add a test registration to the event, this can be done through the front end (and manually changing the registration status through the admin if you are using live gateway details, so you do not need to pay) or through the admin (which allows you to alter the registration status)

You can then trigger the emails to be sent for this live registration from the registration list – http://take.ms/umwTR
