We only do a few events each year so we do not use EE consistently. But, on the 2 events we have going on now, the email that is supposed to go out to the customer is now all of a sudden blank, an empty email.
When I look at the default template, it is also blank, as is the custom template we created last year.
Once EE was installed and configured (many moons ago), we have not updated these templates as they just worked. No one has touched or modified them that we know of (only 2 people have access to this functionality). Is there any way to reload the default email templates? We can reconfigure our customization’s easy enough if we can get the defaults loaded in.
The default templates can be restored by going to Event Espresso > Messages > Default Message Templates. Then for each template you send/use go in to edit the one of the available contexts and click the “Reset Templates” button.
