Hi, I searched through the settings and the FAQ’s, and haven’t been able to find the solution for this. I have noticed that in many occasions a customer has begun the checkout process but not completed the process. Is there a way that I can receive an email from the system of payments that are incomplete in the system??

Hi,

Is this related to abandoned registrations?

If so, there isn’t an option to send notifications for those. However, this is on our list of feature requests.
