Hello I just want to know how I can remove the “WordPress” word in the email notification sent automatically in the registrants.
e.g
from: WordPress <sample@gmail.com>

Hi Joy,
Is this within EE3?
If so please go to Event Espresso -> General Settings -> Email Settings. You’ll find the option ‘Use fancy email headers?’, set that to Yes and update the settings.
Event Espresso will now use your Organisation name (again set within General Settings) in place of ‘WordPress’.
To note as you have a premium support license I would recommend posting in our Premium forms as your post may be missed here in the community forums. We try to check in with these forums but support staff prioritise the premium forums.
