When a person registers for an event and the system auto generates various registration emails, the resulting mail does not seem to be rendering the shortcodes from the template, Instead it simply displays the shortcode text:
Dates/Times:
[DATETIME_LIST]
Any insight on where to look for a cause appreciated.

Hi there,
So this is happening on the ‘Registration Approved’ message?
Where is the above shortcode located in the email?
Can you link to a test event I can register on to view this?

Good morning and thanks for getting back to us, I believe the issues was caused by a missing core file for Event Espresso (our site had been hacked and many items had to be removed) Reinstalling event espresso solved the issue.
