I created an email template under Email Manager. The text looked perfectly fine with links and all, but once I clicked “Visual,” the body appeared blank. I switched back to the “Text” tab and it was still blank. I exited and re-entered the draft, but still blank.

Not a new installation and not recently upgraded

Hi Sarah,
I’ve seen this happen as a conflict with another plugin. Could you temporarily deactivate all plugins and reactivate Event Espresso and see if you can switch between the tabs without any issues?
If it works, then please reactivate your plugins one by one to find the conflicting plugin.
